What is an ARC centre and how does it work?
An ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) is a permanent monitoring centre where certified operators receive alarm signals, cameras and sensors from multiple sites in real time. Upon receiving an alarm, the operator verifies the event (with video if CCTV is available), and notifies the site owner and/or police according to the defined protocol.
What does OS10 certification mean?
OS10 is the Chilean standard that regulates Alarm Receiving and Transmission Centres. It establishes infrastructure, personnel, procedures and redundancy requirements to operate as an ARC. It is mandatory for companies providing alarm monitoring services in Chile. Our centre also has ISO 9001 quality management certification.
How quickly do you respond to an alarm?
Our SLA guarantees a response time (verification + notification) of less than 90 seconds from signal receipt. We have communications redundancy (fiber + 4G LTE + satellite) to guarantee availability even during main service outages.
Can I see in real time what the ARC is monitoring?
Yes. Each client has access to a real-time dashboard with the status of their sites, event history, monthly reports and configurable alerts. The portal is available on web and mobile app.
